From aerospace ambitions to manufacturing mastery, I’m an aerospace engineering grad (minored in systems engineering) who found my calling in the art of operations and continuous improvement. When paying the rent and putting food on the table couldn’t wait to land the perfect aerospace gig out of college, I dove into manufacturing as an intern—and fell head over heels, even turning down the aerospace offers that later popped up to chase this passion.

I’ve since electrified industries from consumer electronics at Zodiac to medical devices, now calling Texas home after a game-changing opportunity. As a Regional Manufacturing Engineer, I sparked $2M in capital upgrades in just eight months. As Lean Operations Manager, I ignited a $1.6M annual cost savings revolution. My secret sauce? Transforming chaos into clarity with lean leadership and innovative solutions.
